Chef, Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer
As a chef, nutrition coach and personal trainer, food has always been important to me. I’ve seen the frustration and stress it can cause for people, and the ways it can either support or hinder our ability to thrive in our work. I graduated from culinary school and later got my bachelor’s degree in global health because I wanted to understand how to use food as a tool to help others become healthier and more connected.
Now, I’ve developed a system to help teams in the corporate setting rethink the way they engage with food so they can feel more empowered around their health, and more connected to how food can energize their work and their lives.
